It's that time again for a new episode of Chichuki Plays, the show where I go hands-on with upcoming games and show them off. Usually, it's about an hour or so but I don't want to spoil too much of the game for you. This time we're looking at Bless You Again on Steam!
I'm going to try something a little different here. I usually go into big details on the game in the description but I'm changing it up. Bless You Again is an action Roguelike where you play your way through a tower/area of monsters and demons. Along the way you can find new skills as well as level up said skills. If you have played a roguelike, then you know how the attack progression works. For the video, you start out as Lily, who has a staff and then after you play through it, you can switch to Yoru. Yoru has a hammer to attack with, but her attacks are slower.
There is a lobby that you'll spend time to upgrade skills, switch characters and take pictures. The Steam version saves pictures to your downloads folder, which is a nice thing to have.
Bless You Again is a nice little anime-styled roguelike with some cute characters. I thought it was getting a little repetitive in terms of progression but it's a roguelike, it's gonna feel that way sometimes. Fans of the genre should check it out!
