Is the latest installment in the Assassian Creed series more of the same? Find out in our review.

The popular multiplayer mode has also returned in Assassin’s Creed 3 featuring a new mode called Wolf Pack, which is soon to become a franchise favorite. In Wolf Pack, players form a temporary brotherhood of 4 players and attempt to assassinate a target. The mode is separated into waves and becomes increasingly difficult as the mode continues.

Take your assassinations to the sea.

Assassin’s Creed 3 is packed with content that reinvigorates the franchise, and this review barley scratches the surface. With 12 multiplayer modes, numerous side quests, naval missions, and much more this is a much-welcomed entry into the franchise. The Playstation 3 version, which we reviewed, even includes four extra missions featuring the legendary traitor Benedict Arnold. Ubisoft Montreal has created a tremendous piece of gaming history that raises the bar of the franchise as a whole. I cannot wait to step into the animus again.

Score: 9 / 10
