Disney's new Fantasyland is now open, for the largest expansion in the history of Magic Kingdom park, offering more immersive enchantment and interactive experiences. The expansion presents more Disney characters and stories in rich detail using some innovative technology.

David Minchiello illustrates how Disney makes use of their interactive tech in Dumbo Big Top Circus. The Circus is an immersive holding environment designed to keep guest entertained while actually waiting in line for attraction. Long gone are the days of being tethered to long lines in the sweltering heat as Disney uses RFID technology to track the movements of guest and alert them when it's their turn to visit the Dumbo ride. Using this Tech benefits the guests with shorter wait times, engaging story interaction and immerses guests with games, puzzles within this story playpen. This technology is also used to track location of guests within restaurants and retail stores for immediate service.

Disney has turned the corner within their customer interaction attractions, gone are the days of inanimate objects repeating the same lines to every guest that passes a motion sensor. Guests are now welcomed to attractions that engage and interact with Disney's beloved characters by animating their experience.
