Since this restaurant Is themed after Beauty & The Beast you'll find some delicious treats and magical technology behind the ambiance of this new restaurant. As a way of fully immersing guests into the story based attractions scrumptious desserts inspired by the characters of the story are served, from Belle's Lemon Meringue cupcake, to a french inspired Gluten & Sugar free lemon raspberry cream puff. Be Our Guest serves over 9000 pastries a week including triple chocolate and strawberry cream-cheese cupcakes. Disney uses RFID tracking technology dubbed The Magic Rose which guests receive upon entering the restaurant. This Rose communicates the location of the guest to the kitchen and servers allowing them to serve you where ever guests are in the restaurant within 3-5 minutes. Be Our Guest incorporates popular settings from the story like West Wing which houses the Magic rose, Rose Gallery a dining area that is furnished with pictures of the Beauty & The Beast characters and the Ballroom which has a balcony and wish stones.
