WWE Diva AJ Lee is a geek at heart, so it was a thrill when THQ surprised her with the news that she would be a downloadable character in THQ’s latest wrestling epic, WWE 13. The self-proclaimed geek gets her game on in this exclusive interview.

No, I’m half of a real person. That would be really interesting to me to see what it would actually look like if I were in there with Lita, Trish, Stephanie, or any of the other girls.
What if they don’t have you short enough or as tough as you really are in real life?
It won’t really matter, as long as my name is on there. She could be blonde and busty, and I’d be, “It’s me!” I’d be so happy no matter what.
Do you play other video games on your own time?
Yeah, I do. We have a day home, so a lot of it is portable stuff like PSP. It’s stuff that we can play on the planes. We have hours of time to kill, so that’s really important. The last game I played was Arkham City.
Oh, a true gamer here, folks.

What other games did you play growing up?
My favorite series, and possibly my favorite game of all time, was Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy 10, I think, is my favorite, which a lot of people like, but they like 7 more. Final Fantasy 10 is my favorite. I’m really into the feeling like a movie. To me it’s like feeling like a part of really long movie is kind of what I’m…RPGs are my heart. I love that. Metal Gear Solid is probably my all time favorite. I have a shelf of all the action figures.
