Speak for others in S4U:CityPunk 2011 And Love Punch!
It's that time again for a new episode of Chichuki Plays, the show where I go hands-on with upcoming games and show them off. Usually it's about an hour or so but I don't want to spoil too much of the game for you. This time, we're looking at S4U: CITYPUNK 2011 AND LOVE PUNCH on Steam.
Speak 4 U is an interesting idea where you play the role of a simple person at their day job. However, that all changes when the day job shift comes to an end and the part time job begins. You take on peoples problems where they don't feel comfortable or are able to say the things that need to be said. One person might want you to get their boss to stop harassing them at work and another might want you to find out if their boyfriend is cheating. You'll have to tread lightly while in chat rooms with these people without giving it away that you aren't the person you say you are. If you blow it, you can forget about getting paid and you need money! I had an issue with the chat rooms because it was hard to keep up with each message because the speed was a little quick. It was tough to follow when you were in multiple chats at the same time. I was trying to have a conversation with a guy and my characters mother but they both kept speeding along. It might be good to have only one chat going at a time.
It was also interesting to see the location around our office as there were quite a few people around to talk to. It was also interesting because some of the people were the same people we just tried to help on the computer, none the wiser. There are people you can talk to while outside and the sprite work on these characters is very well done.
