Potions: A Curious Tale is front and center on Chichuki Views!
There's something nice about a witch learning the ropes of witchdom from her grandmother. There's also something nice about crafting potions and then chucking them at monsters and other enemies. That's the basis of Potions: A Curious Tale. You go to live with your grandmother who teaches you how to be a witch. Along the way, you meet up with other people who will try and help you out. I say try because there are some snooty people who don't want to see you succeed.
That being said, in games like this, I find that the crafting is usually over complicated. That isn't the case in Potions where they make a simple system for you to the learn. Each crafting item has a special element/color and each recipe needs certain things. You can tag a recipe and see what it takes to make. You will need plenty of potions because you'll need things to attack monsters with, like a water bomb for example. You receive a broomstick to travel faster which helps alot but one issue I had with it was that you can't pick things up while riding. You have to step down and off your broomstick to pick up stuff and you will be picking up a lot of things. Another minor issue I had was the character models would get caught up on stairs and other minor environmental things. This is just a minor set back and doesn't hinder the game. I had a fun time with Potions: A Curious Tale and would like to thank the devs for a review code.
