There are some great games that you can download for free through this 50-million strong online game shop.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing EA titles to Uplay and Ubisoft titles to Origin – the more choice for consumers, the better in today’s gaming world,” said Michael Blank, vice president of production for Origin at EA. “Offering games like Dead Space 3, Need for Speed Most Wanted and more on Uplay is a great opportunity to reach even more PC gamers worldwide.”

Among the numerous third-party games that will be available through Uplay shop players will be able to download Air Conflicts: Pacific Carriers (bitComposer), Arma 2: Complete Collection (Bohemia Interactive), Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition  (Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment), Chivalry (Torn Banner Studios), Crusader Kings II (Paradox Interactive), Crysis 3 (EA), Endless Space (Iceberg Interactive), King's Bounty: Warriors of the North (1C Company), Orcs Must Die 2 (Robot Entertainment), Rochard (Recoil Games), The Book of Unwritten Tales (Nordic Games), The Walking Dead (Telltale Games) and To The Moon (Freebird Games).

Pre-orders for titles like EA’s SimCity Limited Edition are also available. In addition, Ubisoft announced that it is now selling its games through EA’s Origin digital download service, including Assassins Creed III and Far Cry 3.

Uplay offers 50 million members across PC, console and mobile platforms a rich set of services including a friends list and messaging, cloud saves, achievements, social challenges and more. Using their Uplay identity, gamers have access to a unique program which rewards them with exclusive content and events for their loyalty across any Ubisoft game, and on any platform.
