Even with the uneasy moments, this trip to Los Santos is most certainly worth it.

Grand Theft Auto V will take you a long time to get through, and even if you think you've discovered every gem imaginable, there are a few things that can still take you by surprise. And that's not even counting Grand Theft Auto Online, which is set to launch in early October. Expect that certain quadrant of the game to keep you busy for an even longer period of time.

Rockstar Games may not always take the most comfortable route, but that's what makes them so definable. They take chances, and even though not everyone agrees with said chances, they really shake things up in a way that stick with you. While Grand Theft Auto V may not have the most endearing of moments each time around, there are more than enough that stay with you, and make you yearn for a return to Los Santos, even with the new generation of consoles approaching. That's how a good game gets you, offering the kind of value to make you play again and again.

In fact, I believe I hear Los Santos calling once more…
