Is this turn based RPG worth your download? Find out in our review!

Starborn Wanderers features turn by turn gameplay. This has always been a problem of mine in video games as I feel that it takes the control of the fight out of my hands. While I felt the same while playing this, there are a lot of features that make up for it. First off, there are varying attacks and power ups that allow you to attack situations in different ways. You also earn upgrades after every battle that can be used to purchase health, weapons, and other equipment. The space combat is great and reminiscent of other games I have played in the past. This is a good thing as it has enough unique features that gives the game a unique feel.

Starborn Wanderers is a fantastic space adventure. As I am writing this, all I can think about is jumping back into the universe and explore. The cast of humans and aliens eludes to a larger universe to explore and its worth it. The turn by turn gameplay is not a seelign point, but the way attacks are handled is fun and strategic. While this game will be compared to Mass Effect, this is not a bad thing. If this is a Mass Effect for your iPad, then you have me sold. Starborn Wanderers is worth the time, worth the exploration, and worth the download.

Score: 8 / 10
