Prepare to die – often – in this entertaining adventure.
The gameplay is surprisingly accurate in Cloudberry. You won't find yourself slipping off ledges or heinously running into a bar the wrong way, unless it's something that's completely your fault. It really feels just right for those who grew up in the NES generation. And you can totally compete for high score glory against others on the leaderboards – always a good feature for this sort of game.
Cloudberry also has a lot to offer content-wise. Along with the Story Mode – there isn't much of a tale here, but oh well – you've got an Arcade Mode with even more challenges, like Escalation and Time Crisis. You can also customize your character, giving him an epic beard and, if you're crazy enough, a bunny costume right out of A Christmas Story. Yeah!
