The amazing presentation in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 is spread throughout the entire game. The sound design in the game is incredible. While playing, I found myself truly wanting to take my time and just enjoy the sounds of birds chirping or an airplane flying overhead. The courses are also beautiful and recreated with excruciating detail. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 is a game that you want to take your time playing in order to appreciate all the little nuances. The wind blows through the course causing the clothes on your golfer to ripple, equipment used looks real and authentic, and the various times of day that you can golf (including night) creates an authentic experience that will not be found in any other game.

Creating your own legend in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 is truly fun. You will be able to create a male or female golfer, the latter being able to compete in the LPGA Tour, PGA Tour, or both. You can customize their look, stance, skills, and equipment with tons of items that can be unlocked through gameplay. You can then take your future legend into the Career Mode, Connected Tournaments, or just work on your swing in the Practice or Quick Play modes. You can compete in tournaments from all four majors including The Masters, The Open Championship, PGA, and USGA. You can also import XP from Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 into your created golfer. While to some there may seem like to many options in this mode, it is just another example of the amount of detail and control that EA wants to give the player.
