Repetitive gameplay still haunts the series.
Okami HD is a superb HD re-release. The visuals are impressive and the game has an unavoidable charm. There are a few quarks that have not been ironed out. The gameplay is still repetitive and the difficulty can only be described as uneven at best. The cut scenes go on for too long and there is not enough action to balance out the dialogue. Chances are though, if you were a fan of the originals, you will definitely need to add this to your digital collection on your Playstation 3.
