My hands on at the Majesco meeting room taking in Phineas and Ferb: Quest For Cool Stuff and Zumba: World Party
On the flip side, when players play as Agent P, you’ll be going through Doofensmirtz Evil Incorporated and like the show, the Agent P story will coincide with the Phineas and Ferb storyline. If you want to check out more information on Phineas and Ferb, the website for the game is live so make sure to check that out here. The game will appear on 5 platforms, DS/3DS/Wii/Wii U/Xbox 360 and will be available August 13th.
If games like Phineas and Ferb and Young Justice aren’t your style but you care about staying in great shape, the Zumba Fitness World Party is the perfect game for you. 14 million people each week participate in Zumba so it wouldn’t be smart for Majesco not to tap into this market. Even if Zumba isn’t your cup of tea, the game looks great and you have HD technology to thank for that.
You’ll be able to have one of ten Zumba trainers lead you in a Zumba session and most of them are world-renowned. They range from Heidi to Beto Perez, founder of the Zumba program. There are 30 different dance styles to choose and new mode World Tour mode added to the game lineup this time around. In World Tour mode, you’ll earn rewards such as post cards or souvenir type items that relate to the location, such as a ukulele from for Hawaii. You’ll be able to let your friends know about your Zumba success through Xbox Live or Facebook.
Zumba Fitness World Party has a Calorie Counting Mode as well as a Goal Setting Mode just to name a couple. There are 8 locations, which look gorgeous by the way, to have your Zumba experience in. The better you do, the more background dancers you get to dance with. The worse you do, the quicker the background dancers run away. So if you want to dance with a lot of people, perform the moves the right way. If you get 3 stars on any location, you will unlock the video that accompanies it. Do well in Hawaii and get some hula girls and Heidi in Hawaii.
Zumba Fitness World Party Will be available on the Xbox/Xbox 360/Wii/ and Wii U. The Major difference would have to be the way the system recognizes your movements. The Xbox/Xbox 360 versions use Kinect and the Wii/Wii U versions have this trendy belt that you wear and put the Wiimote in. That way the Wiimote picks up your hip movements and sends that data to the game. I did not attempt to perform Zumba and if you know me, you know that’s the right decision. Fans of Zumba will have to wait just a little longer for this one when it’s October release comes around.
Majesco should be in good hands for the future with their titles Phineas and Ferb: Quest For Cool Stuff and Zumba Fitness World Party. Combine that with Young Justice: Legacy and the company looks like it will be in good shape for the future. I would like to thank Majesco and Little Orbit for seeing me and for making games that I would want to play!
