Will be available on Steam and eventually Mac, with a few other platforms in the works as well.
A curious little puzzle platformer that debuted last year on the XBox Live Arcade, Fez instantly became a critical hit amongst several gaming sites and publications. Unfortunately, lots of people had to miss out on the experience due to it being an exclusive title to the Arcade. However, it was hinted earlier this year that Fez will eventually make its way to other platforms at some point this year.
According to Phil Fish's Twitter page and a post on Reddit, Fez will begin its journey to other platforms starting May 1 on Steam. Mac and Linux versions are also in the works, and Polygon is also in talks with Sony to bring Fez to both the Playstation 3 and the Vita. But probably the most curious one out of all of them is that Fish also states that there will be a version for the Ouya, giving the new console some added firepower to the mix in terms of titles available for it.
As of now, there are no prospective release dates for the other platforms, but we'll keep a close eye on that throughout the coming months as more information is released.
