INTI CREATES is showing off a trailer for one of their newer games, Kingdom's Return- Time Eating Fruit and the Ancient Monster! Recently INTI CREATES has a knack for bringing newer games to the masses that have that old school charm/feel to them. It would appear that Kingdom's Return is no different by the look of things. You can check out the new trailer for the game below.
The new trailer shows off the core gameplay loop of taking on missions, adventuring, battling, leveling up, and rebuilding. Each step feeds into the next, as you advanture to gather materials to build your kingdom, receive buffs from the structures you build, then set off for even tougher adventures and better rewards. It sounds like an interesting idea that reminds me a bit of Act Raiser or Ball X Pit where you build up your town/location and in turn those modifications help you in the gameplay. The way the year is flying by already, players won't have to wait long as the release date for Kingdom's Return is April 23 on all major platforms.
