See what Alienware/Dell brought to Cali!

In the streaming/gaming realm, most gamers use Alienware/Dell material so it’s always a good thing to see what Alienware/Dell has in store for the masses at E3 as well as their consumers!

This year it looks like Alienware/Dell has redesigned their laptops/headsets to give them a more sleek look. Making the laptops thinner makes them look sleeker and more streamlined as well. This is what Alienware/Dell was going for with their new look/design for their laptops. During the meeting, the G series of products was mentioned and Alienware/Dell wants all levels of gamers to be able to use these. The G series also comes with a G key that allows the user to turn the laptop into “supermode” or something to that affect for the time they need it for that task and then press the G key again and it will go back into the normal mode. This prevents the laptop from overheating during the heat of battle in the game or your task at hand!

Another series of laptop, the M series was brought up during the presentation as well with the main point being that you’ll be able to get the M15 or the M17 model on the Alienware site at time of publication for 1,499.00. These laptops are simple yet complex! These are also sleek and feel like they have a rubber coating around them so they aren’t going anywhere when you set them on a flat surface. One of the cooler features these have is eye tracking where you can use your eyes as an extra controller during games. Say you have cover and you start to look at something in the distance in the game, the laptop will track that eye movement and you can use that as a main controller for the game.

Alienware/Dell also showed off headsets during the meeting and these headsets were sleek and cool too. The main selling point of these was that they weren’t as expensive as Alienware/Dell headsets in the past. You can get either one of these for 79.00 or 99.00 whereas the older models could run you almost 2 or 3 hundred dollars. Anyway, the headsets were comfortable, and were adjustable as well as having an adjustable mic attached. You can use them with other devices, not just Alienware/Dell devices. The 79-dollar headset only has stereo sound and non-leather foam but they both sound terrific.

Alienware/Dell look to be bringing their brand into the next generation with their new laptops and headsets and they didn’t disappoint!
