Overpriced and underproduced, this is about as big a letdown as Phantom Menace.
The game features traditional analog controls, along with options to use the Kinect device. Don't bother with the latter route, because motion controls with Angry Birds is even less enjoyable than it sounds. What's worse, the regular controls don't fare well either. Sure, launching your bird is no problem, but having to try and re-aim your reticule at objects for Han Solo to shoot at or Ben Kenobi to "force push" is a real hassle. Not that it's impossible, but using a touch-screen was way easier.
The presentation doesn't fare much better. The graphics look pretty good in high-definition, though the camera has this nasty habit of shifting away from where the action's happening, forcing the user to manually scroll back to see if they got all the pigs in one shot. It's a pain in the neck, though, if you want to save yourself the trouble, you can zoom the camera all the way out. Unfortunately, as a result, everything looks microscopic. You can't win either way.
What's worse, the audio sounds like it was poorly programmed. John Williams' Star Wars themes are included, but they break up quite a bit, making you wonder if the developers smoothed over all the elements while porting the game from mobile. They need a patch to fix this, and pronto.
