No "Objection!" here, this game is awesome.
The game switches between Wright and Cykes, along with the returning Apollo Justice, who has matured quite a bit since his debut a few years ago. He starts in a bit of a shambles, but seeing him come back to full strength and show what he can do alongside his peers is really something else.
There are times that Dual Destinies can drag a little bit. Though the game is catered to bring in a bigger audience of first-time players, cases can still be overwhelming with details, and even with Cykes' help, it can be relatively easy to overlook something. Also, some cases take a lot longer than others. The middle of the game does stretch out a bit further than expected.
However, these are small flaws. The writing does a great job of keeping you hooked, just to see what new twists are around the corner – and there are plenty to go around. It's also hilarious, especially when you pick apart the cases of your prosecutors and watch them – and would-be suspects – react as a result. Again, probably nothing you'd see in a real courtroom, but it's fun to watch.
