Despite a few glitches and inconsistencies, you won't find a better comic book romp this holiday season.
Lego Marvel Super Heroes can be played on your own, but it's fun to take a friend along for the ride in co-op. The only thing is, once you wander off and do your own thing in the level, the split screen goes a little nuts, with the dividing line shifting all over the screen. It can be confusing, to say the least. I just wish it could've been a static dividing line – and, for that matter, online play should've been included as well. C'mon, it's Marvel, baby!
In spite of the hitches with split-screen and glitches, Lego Marvel Super Heroes is easily one of the best, if not the best, Lego game from TT Fusion. With massive levels, a horde of heroes and villains to choose from, and good-natured fun all the way around, it really delivers a heroic effort. Don't miss your chance to play with your youngens and fellow comic book brethren…even if that means fighting over Lego Hulk. "SMASH!"
