This one won't put you to sleep.
Dream Team offers hours' worth of gameplay, and Alphadream keeps the story moving along thanks to refreshingly humorous writing. It doesn't always hit the mark with its jokes, as some go over your head; and it takes a while to get started, with the mayor putting you through an unnecessary trial. That said, once it picks up, you'll love it.
Alphadream did a great job with the graphics, presenting a great world within Pi'illo, as well as Luigi's head. The backdrops look great, the Luigi effects mesmerize and the 3D effects, though not overwhelming, truly deliver in some cases. The audio is good too, with charming music playing throughout and decent sound effects.
Sure, Paper Mario: Sticker Star might have some of your role-playing needs covered, but make sure you save some room for Dream Team. Its inventive story, fun gameplay mechanics and likable presentation really go a long way. It's like a dream come true for Luigi fans.
Be sure to get it when it releases on the 11th!
