Crytek CEO is back again with some very interesting comments about recent controversy

There was some recent controversy over the polygon character count amount for Ryse on the Xbox One. Go here for the story now. Now some new comments from Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli has surfaced on Twitter that places some attention towards the PS4. It has to do if the PS4 can do Ryse on 1080p native. Here is the question:

But wouldn't PS4's GPGPU configuration and GDDR5 memory let you get it running 1080p native instead of upscaling to 1080p?

Yerli responds with:

Yes as choice wasnt based on a hurdle. Its for efficiency as no perceived visual difference, as final output is 1080p.

Very interesting comments he made. Choice not based on hurdle? Before I begin to speculate further on this story (and the Xbox One as well), I will await for more details to come as we delve more into this.
