Long-time friends and business collaborators Sean Plott and Eric Burkhart are now in the video game business.

Plott will provide valuable leadership in the development of Artillery’s first game title as well as offering vital community insight. He will also be instrumental in driving Artillery’s vision to cultivate a platform for gaming. Plott has been recognized in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Entertainment and attracts more than 5 million monthly views to his daily videos, The Day9 Daily, through his production outlet Day9TV.

Day9TV is an interactive media company founded in 2010 by Sean Plott and Eric Burkhart and offers content on topics that matter to the serious gamer. The flagship “Day9 Daily” is an Internet television show streamed live Monday through Thursday. The host of the show, Sean “Day9” Plott, offers his personal reflections on competitive StarCraft strategy and the eSports scene. The show is viewed more than 5 million times a month.

Artillery is a team of passionate gamers that is turning the modern web browser into a gaming console using HTML5 technology. Artillery’s world class team is comprised of a brain trust of former Google and Facebook engineers focused on solving seemingly impossible game development hurdles and includes long-standing and high-ranking gaming and eSports community members. The company is based in Palo Alto, CA.
