Amazon has confirmed the date for their second shipment of PlayStation 4 consoles and interested buyers are encouraged to act fast if they want to get their hands on one before Christmas.
If you missed out on the day-one delivery window for Sony’s upcoming next-gen console, fear not as Amazon has already confirmed when they’ll be getting their second shipment of PlayStation 4 consoles and it’s a lot sooner than you’d think.
Several Amazon customers who pre-ordered a PS4 after the day-one delivery cutoff date have reported receiving emails from Amazon that bumps up the estimated delivery date of their consoles signifigantly. Until today, Amazon estimated that they wouldn’t be receiving a second shipment of PS4’s until sometime between January 7th and January 13th, 2014. But now it looks like their second shipment will be available as early as November 21st to November 23rd, 2013, roughly a week after the console’s initial launch.
Fans who have yet to pre-order their PS4 consoles or who might have been discouraged from doing so because they missed the day-one deadline are now encouraged to pre-order through Amazon now if they want to receive their consoles one week after the PS4’s launch.
