XBOX One is here, but what are they bringing with them on the gaming front is a bit light.
After that though, games were the last thing on Microsoft's mind. The only big announcement after that came from Microsoft Studios head, Phil Spencer, who announced that the XBOX One will have 15 exclusive titles in its first year. Eight of those reported titles will be brand new properties altogether.
To finish their conference, Microsoft did showcase the reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Ghosts with a behind-the-scenes featurette to display what the power of the XBOX One could do for the series. While the title remains multiplatform, Microsoft promised to continue the exclusive partnership that brought with it exclusive DLC.
All in all, seven games were showcased, two of which were exclusive. Gameplay was kept to a minimum and the focus of the conference was placed elsewhere.
With E3 only 19 days away, Microsoft has more than enough time to prepare their gaming slate for the masses.
