Landfall, the first content update for World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria is officially live and available to all players. The new update includes a host of new content for MMO gamers to explore, just in time for the holidays.
Five new scenarios will expand the Mists of Pandaria storyline (2 unique scenarios for each faction; 1 playable by either faction): Assault on Zan’Vess (Horde and Alliance), Lion’s Landing and A Little Patience (Alliance) and Domination Point and Dagger in the Dark (Horde).
There are also enhancements to the Pet Battles System UI that players have been asking for, such as improved sorting, pet levels revealed on the map, and more. Battle-stones are now available to upgrade the quality of pets. New rare pets drop from vanilla raid bosses: Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, Temple of Ahn'Qiraj and Naxxramas.
The Brawler’s Guild introduces very exclusive solo PvE “underground” fighting that’s invitation only, gladiator-style fights against Azeroth’s toughest creatures, and fights get progressively more difficult -- and prestige increases -- as battles progress.
The legendary quest line is continued with the next step in the Mists of Pandaria Black Prince legendary quest line opens up to players.
Finally, raid groups are no longer necessary to enter pre-Mists of Pandaria raid dungeons.
