The downloads for this week could be thought of one of the best weeks for the downloadables for Nintendo.
Another week down and another set of downloadable games from the various download services from Nintendo. It looks like this week has quite a few heavy hitters coming to the masses as well as some hidden gems. This could be one of the best weeks for the downloads from the eShop and the Wii Shop channel. Without further ado, let’s get to it.
We’ll start with the featured games for this week, Lego City Undercover and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. Lego City Undercover has the player taking the role of the undercover cop, Chase Mccain. You’ll be dressing in various disguises to infiltrate all the underbellies of Lego city. You’ll be able to travel to any location in Lego City at anytime. Undercover is going to keep you busy for quite sometime seeing as though there are several disguises and vehicles to master. The Gamepad becomes your all-in-one crime fighting tool, which helps when you need to sneak into the crime syndicate and destroy it from the inside out. You will need an external hard-drive to have enough storage to download and play the game. I don’t really like this point but I don’t really like to download games but that’s just my opinion. Game available March 18th
The other heavy hitter this week is Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. You’ll be able to fight the massive monsters on the Wii U that the series is known for. Play more than 200 quests and create weapons to use in the fight against the monsters. You can battle your friends in online battles as well as teaming up with computer controlled characters in one player missions. The game will also use the online chat feature on the Gamepad which will even more to the game.Game available March 19th
