Travel Kanto All Over Again!
This year is the 30th anniverary of the Pokemon franchise and by the look of things, The Pokemon Company is planning a big celebration. It a shadow-drop sort of move, The Pokemon Company shared details about Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green finally coming to the Nintendo Switch. These games will be available for purchase after the Pokemon Day Pokemon Presents. For those who don't know, Pokemon Day is Feb 27 and the presentation will be shown on the Pokemon YouTube/Twitch channel at 6 AM PT/9 AM ET. In an interesting move, the games weren't added to the Nintendo Switch Online Game Boy Advance section but are stand alone games for purchase. Fingers crossed that this is just the tip of the iceburg in terms of how the Pokemon Company is going to celebrate the milestone anniversary for the franchise but its a cool first step.
