An early Christmas present to Pokemon Trainers!
The Pokemon Company International showed off new information about the upcoming DLC for Pokemon Legends Z-A, Mega Dimension. One of the main things shown off was the release date which is Dec 10 for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 systems. Trainers won’t have to wait long to get their feet wet in the DLC content because there is a side quest available now to get Diancie for your team now! Players will be able to get their hands on a Diancite Stone through Mystery Gift and that will unlock the side quest “Shine Bright Like a Gemstone.” This will give you the opportunity to catch the legendary Pokemon. After you get the Dianicite, head to the Looker Bureau to start the quest.
The DLC is all about jumping into Hyperspace Lumiose City. You’ll meet Ansha and her Hoopa will help you jump into the new dimensions. There are new Mega Pokemon and other Pokemon you couldn’t get in Lumiose City prior to the DLC. Some of these Pokemon can grow larger than level 100 thanks to hyperspace levels. You’ll have to put your chef hat on to bake donuts with Ansha so you can awaken Hooplas power. You’ll find berries in hyperspace to bake with that can have different effects. Ansha isn’t the only new face you’ll encounter in the DLC. X and Y fans will recognize Korrina as the trainer that was part of the Mega Evolution storyline in X and Y. She’s back and is joining up with Team MZ to help out. Mega Chimecho and Mega Baxcalibur will make their debut in the DLC so be on the lookout for them. You’ll have to win the Mega Stone for Baxcalibur in the Z-A Battle Club in ranked battles soon.
