Fight monsters with dice in Tamarak Trail!
Fans of rougulikes and dice battles will be in for a treat with Tamarak Trail. The game reminds me a lot of when Yu-Gi-Oh tried out Dungeon Dice Monsters as a spin off game for the franchise. In this game, you fight monsters with the power of dice. You create dice with different combinations of effects that can help or hinder in battle. For example, you roll two dice and could get an attack move or a defend move. You could also get an added effect roll as well. What I mean by that is you could get an attack move with bleed as an effect. During the playthrough it felt like bleed was a good effect to have in battle. The fights get tougher the farther you get into the journey so more health is welcomed. Once you get the hang of dice creation and enemy trends, you'll be having a fun time.
