Join the US forces and give the rest of the world the finger!
Gamma Ray is the only hero who can save lunar scientists from terrorists who will stop at nothing to get what they want. However, that’s where you come in to save the day to try and save said hostages but Gamma Ray might be in for more than he bargained for when the stakes get real!
Gameplay is pretty straightforward as you’re controlling a spaceship shaped like a giant middle finger that shoots lasers out of the middle finger and I have to say, why doesn’t the US military use this already? Anyway, you’ll have to dodge hazards as you fly through space but you have the ability to punch and grab since you are a giant hand after all. You can even grab enemy ships and use their attacks to your advantage after you grab them.
You will have to deal with the Russians and the Chinese as you attempt your rescue mission but those forces are led by John Dimaggio and Eric Bauza respectively. The US forces have Nolan North and Sam Riegel so who knows how this will turn out. The voice acting and writing go hand in hand and that adds so much to Freedom Finger. If you know history, you will get even more out the satire in this game and it’s just really funny! Difficulty ranges from easy to god-tier tough so make sure you choose wisely!
The controls are simple and the action comes at you fast so you will have to be on your toes. Keep an eye out for health during the space adventure because that could be the difference between you surviving and starting over a level when you’re really close to the end of a stage. The music, writing, and voice acting all add something to Freedom Finger. Shooting down enemy forces has never been better since you’re always shooting them the bird as your taking them down!
