If you wanted to look at your house on Google Maps or watch that tv show on TiVo you just taped, then there is good news and bad news. No, I was wrong, just bad news.
For those of you who wanted to use Google Maps and TiVo on your Wii U, and you know who you are, unfortunately will have to wait a little longer. Looks like these apps won’t be coming to the Wii U till after January. Good news, January ends Friday so hopefully there will be news to speak of pertaining to these apps soon. Nintendo had similar issues with the TVii app, with it having the launch pushed back. Things getting pushed back is nothing new for Nintendo but look at this way, at least these aren’t games getting pushed, they’re just add-on apps. You should be able to expect these apps in early 2013.
