Could Junction Point Studio be closing their doors because of the poor Epic Mickey 2 sales?
The Developer behind Epic Mickey 2, Junction Point, is closing its doors. The news was reported on the twitter account of Robert Space Industries, who wrote “Fare-the-well Junction Point! We hope that you all find new studios soon!” It was reported that Epic Mickey 2 didn’t do nearly as well in terms of sales compared to Epic Mickey 1 and that started the speculation that the company could be in danger. 3D Realms co-founder George Broussard tweeted “the Junction Point rumors have been circulating a while. Warning signs when you give employees 2 months off after shipping.”
