Cogswell College is one of the leading institutions in fuses digital arts, engineering and entrepreneurship, will be the site for this years Global Game Jam on January 25-27. Game Jam looks similar to the iron chef contests on television. Teams have to think on the fly when they find out the secret theme. Their games that are created will be developed around the theme. More than 2,000 unique games will be created in this two day period. This isn’t a contest and there are no prizes. The global group does this just for the pride in completing this tough task. The event last year set the Guinness record for “largest Game Jam in the World” and they look poised to beat that record this year. 20 dollars- Cogswell alumni
40 dollars- General public
RSVP required, open to Cogswell students/alumni/general public. Must be 18 or older to participate.
