Nintendo's Wii U console is guaranteed to be in short supply this Christmas, but gamers can try out a handful of new games early at retailers like Walmart, Best Buy and GameStop around the country today through interactive kiosks.
As Nintendo gears up for the November 18 launch of Wii U, Christmas shoppers from coast to coast are getting an early firsthand look and hands-on time with Nintendo’s new console. Over 5,000 interactive Wii U kiosks are at select retail stores across the United States, inviting families and consumers to discover the gaming and entertainment experiences made possible by Wii U and its touch-screen Wii U GamePad controller. With Nintendo only expected to have 1.2 million to 1.5 million consoles available this Christmas season, Wii U is guaranteed to be in short supply.
