It has been quite a couple years for Skylanders.
Activision announced today the Skylanders series generated more that 500 million dollars in retail sales. The series reached this milestone faster than any other children’s game. The series also has been outselling the top action figures. Skylanders Giants made more than 195 million dollars as well as beating out “Wreck-It-Ralph” and “Rise of the Guardians" At the box office.

It has been quite a year for the Skylanders series. The game gained the National Parenting Center's Seal of Approval. It also as one of Toys R Us’s “Hot Holiday Gift” list. Skylanders has several toys and other ways they are getting their brand to the masses.
