Marty O'Donnell, video game composer who wrote the music for Halo, and Bungie's latest game, Destiny was let go from the project "without cause" on April 11th. O'Donnell broke the news early this morning over twitter. He has been Bungie's long-term music composer scoring every title since the original Halo.
I'm saddened to say that Bungie's board of directors terminated me without cause on April 11, 2014.
