Nintendo and Disney come together for Disney Magical World.

Fans of Disney films/television will be in for a treat when they get their hands on Disney Magical World for the 3DS. Players will embark on a magical journey and interact with several Disney characters like Winnie the Pooh and Aladdin. The players will travel through locations inspired by Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Aladdin, and Winnie the Pooh.

“It’s very exciting to see two powerhouses in entertainment -Nintendo and Disney - come together to develop a family-friendly video game,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “With Disney Magical World, players of all ages can experience the magic of Disney through the magic of the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 2DS systems.”

Customization is key in Disney Magical World where players will have tons on in game items at their disposal to create outfits, furniture, and accessories. Players can plant things in the Hundred Acre Wood as well as creating a restaurant, complete with custom menu. For the adventurers, you can go on quests and fight ghosts and through dungeons.

There will be special AR cards available, which will unlock clothes, and other items. You can interact with other players through Streetpass mode. There will be free/paid downloads for the game as well. Players who want to collect exclusive items will be in for a treat if they go to a Nintendo Zone anytime between April 18th and August 7th. They will be able to download items based on Pinocchio. New items are available every two weeks so make sure to check back every so often to get most of the Pinocchio collection.
