A new "Definitive Edition" of Square Enix's Tomb Raider reboot could be coming to next-gen consoles.
An intriguing new listing over on Amazon Italy may have just ousted a next-gen PS4 edition of Square Enix’s Tomb Raider reboot titled Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition.
According to the listing, the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition will be released on January 24th for the PlayStation 4 and another “unknown platform” (likely the Xbox One). The game’s price is currently set at €59.99 and the game itself is already available for pre-order to Italian customers. The listing also indicates that the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition will come with all previously released DLC as well as an integrated artbook and “exclusive package” (whatever that could be).
As usual, the listing’s appearance should be taken with a grain of salt since no official word has come down from Square Enix yet. Still, the info seems pretty solid and the listen itself coincides nicely with earlier rumors that Tomb Raider would be coming to the Xbox One. If you’ve yet to play the stellar reboot of Lara Croft’s origin story or if you simply want to play it again on your next-gen console, stay tuned for more info in the future.
