Killzone: Shadowfall developer Guerrilla Games has made it clear they're listening to fan feedback and will continue to do so in the future.
Next-gen shooter Killzone: Shadow Fall may have debuted with mixed reviews last week, but that hasn’t stopped developer Guerrilla Games from updating the game’s multiplayer component with a long-time fan favorite feature with the possibility of more additions down the line.
The game’s newest update, which went live this morning, has brought back a fan-requested feature that was a big hit in previous Killzone titles: Team Deathmatch which now supports up to 24 players in a single match. Guerrilla Games made the announcement via Twitter this morning:
By popular request, we've added 24-player Team Deathmatch to the official Warzones. Give it a spin and let us know what you think!

Even better, Guerrilla then responded to a number of fan tweets in regards to other popular past features and whether they’d be returning as well. Through these tweets, Guerrilla confirmed that a clan system is currently in the works as is a fix to address the small font used for much of the game’s menu text. If the demand is high enough (which it likely will be), Guerrilla also said that the return of the Assassination and Free-for-all Deathmatch game modes, the Infiltrator character class, and in-game voice chat are all on the list of consideration as well.
