Relive some of the best music from the Kalos region.
There are certain things that go with every Pokemon adventure, such as story or new features. There is also great music that fans have come to know and love. The music could be the classic Game Boy sounding chirps/beeps or it could be the simulated instruments of the more modern games. Pokemon X and Y made huge leaps in the Pokemon franchise and in the history of the music in the games.
Fans of the music from Pokemon (I’m one, myself) have been waiting for the news that soundtracks are going to be available to download on iTunes for a long time now. Fans will be able to download the Pokemon X and Pokemon Y: Super Music Collection for 10 bucks on iTunes. The soundtrack has 200 songs and about 3.5 hours of music from the Kalos region.
As an added bonus, the soundtrack will feature the battle music from the Pokemon Origins special that will air on the Pokemon web site this month as well as 5 additional bonus tracks from Red and Blue, specifically from Shota Kageyama, the original composer from Game Freak. Fans won’t have to wait long for more soundtracks to be available where 2014 could be the year of Pokemon Music. Soundtracks from Fire Red and Leaf Green, Heart Gold and Soul Silver, Ruby and Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl, Black and White, and Black 2 and White 2 will be available on iTunes in 2014.
