Mighty Switch Force 2 highlights the downloads this week.
It’s Thursday so you know what that means and by now, I hope you do. The Nintendo eShop has updated itself, like it does every week on Thursday. This week is a little thin on AAA caliber franchises but that doesn’t mean the games aren’t worth a look. Let’s get right into it. Everyone put down your Pokemon games for a few minutes, please.
Mighty Switch Force 2, the sequel to the popular eShop game, is finally available to download for the Wii U. Patty Wagon is back and this time she is trading in her handcuffs for a hose full of water to put out fires. That’s right; this time around you’re a fire woman. The Hooligan sisters that you fought so hard to arrest in the first installment need rescuing this time around. Will you be able to solve the tough puzzles and rescue the sisters Hooligan?
For those of you that watch videos and movies on your 3DS will be happy this week with Hulu Plus being available to download. You’ll be able to watch some of your favorite shows like Family Guy or SpongeBob on your 3DS and it will only cost 8 bucks a month. Television isn’t what it used to be so why not watch what you want to, when you want to. Also available this week is Just Dance Kids 2014 and Urban Champion, both for the Wii U. Just Dance Kids will be available on October 22nd and there is also a 3D classics version of Urban Champion available on the 3DS.
The eShop loves putting games onsale and this week is no different. SteamWorld Dig is onsale for 20 percent off for only a limited time and by limited, I mean October 17th to the 20th so act quickly. Other games available this week: Deus Ex: Human Revolution- Director’s Cut (Wii U eShop- Oct. 22nd), Clu Clu Land( Wii U Virtual Console), 101 Penguin Pets 3D( 3DS eShop) Brunch Panic( 3DS eShop), Hometown Story( 3DS eShop), Jewel Master: Cradle of Rome 2( 3DS eShop), My Vet Practice 3D- In The Country( 3DS eShop), Pinball: Revenge of the Gator( 3DS Virtual Console), and Snow Moto Racing 3D( 3DS eShop).
