Some interesting legit reports are starting to circulate on this issue
There are some reports starting to surface on the internet such as the one on Reddit in regards to the digital copy of GTA V. The issue stems from gamers who've purchased the digital copy of the game from the PSN network who seem to have various issues such as pop-up, frame rate, textures and more.
One Reddit user mentioned such as issues like texture/geometry pop-in at the exact same spots as that 360 video - fence at the pier, plants round the baywatch house(?), etc. Also has very noticeable aliasing, but not sure if that's better on the 360."
