The Humble Origin Bundle hosted by EA has come to a close and has generated some impressive sales stats.

Electronic Arts’ Humble Origin Bundle, which offered a plethora of solid AAA titles for a pay-what-you-want price, has come to an end and the publisher revealed some staggering stats for how well the bundle sold.

According to EA and the Humble Bundle Twitter account, the Humble Origin Bundle sold more than 2.1 million bundles total and raised more than $10.5 million dollars; all of which will go to various charities such as the Human Rights Campaign, Watsi, the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society.

The Humble Origin Bundle has closed with 2.1+ mil bundles sold & $10.5+ mil in sales! Thanks for helping make Humble Bundle history!

The bundle offered an impressive selection of games which included Battlefield 3, Mirror’s Edge, The Sims 3, Crysis 2, and both Dead Space and Dead Space 3 amongst others. Considering the average price buyers had to beat to get the entire selection was roughly $5.00, it was one heck of a value that also went towards a good cause.

The Humble Bundle website always has new deals and bundles in the works so if you feel like taking advantage of more great deals in exchange for supporting a good cause, be sure to follow their website.
