Tomb Raider fans who dream of plundering tombs on next-gen consoles may just get their wish if a new listing is to be believed.
A leaked listing from a German Gamestop store has revealed that Tomb Raider is coming to Microsoft’s next-gen console. Though whether it’s the new sequel that was recently announced or simply a port of this year’s current-gen reboot remains to be seen.

As can be seen in the screenshot below, the listing doesn’t give much to go off of. A generic Xbox One logo is put up next to the title “Tomb Raider” along with highlighting Square Enix as the developer. Many are speculating that the listing is meant as a placeholder for the upcoming sequel which would make sense considering this year’s reboot was released on the Xbox 360.
For those who missed the announcement, Square Enix recently confirmed that a sequel to this year’s stellar Tomb Raider reboot starring a younger Lara Croft on her first adventure is in the works with a Dark Horse Comics series serving as a bridge between the two games.
