Microsoft has announced that they will be "reintroducing" the Xbox One through a new press event before the console's official launch.
Sony fanboys should get ready for some serious eye-rolling as Microsoft has announced they will be “reintroducing” the Xbox One through a new press event which will be held before the system’s launch in November.

The new event will be aimed specifically at addressing concerns about the system, showing what’s changed since the Xbox One’s initial debut back in May, and generating positive momentum for the console before it launches. Microsoft has promised more details about this new press event will be revealed at this year’s Gamescom conference.
Rumors suggest that Microsoft is considering cutting the Xbox One’s price down to match the PlayStation 4’s $399 price tag and some are even speculating they might even drop it further to $350 (thought that would pretty much guarantee ditching the attached Kinect requirement which Microsoft probably isn’t eager to do). Either way, this new press event will hopefully help Microsoft make up some of the ground they lost at E3 though we’ll have to wait and see just what exactly they have in store for hopeful fans and skeptical critics alike.
