Despite a promising stable of new and upcoming games, Ubisoft is aiming to wow fans even more at E3 2014.
Ubisoft has been leading strong these past couple of years with 2012’s E3 debut of their upcoming gritty open-world hacker game Watch Dogs and this year’s sleek teaser of the next-gen quasi-MMO shooter The Division. But that’s not stopping the studio from aiming their sights even higher for E3 2014.
During a recent episode of the “Up At Noon” podcast, Ubisoft spokesperson/actress Aisha Taylor spoke with studio CEO Yves Guillemot about the future of Ubisoft and Guillemot promised that, in terms of new game reveals, next year is going to be even better for Ubisoft.
A bold statement to be sure considering the amount of hype that’s already surrounding games like Watch Dogs, Assassin’s Creed IV, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, and The Division; but then again, if any studio is up to the task of managing to top themselves next year, Ubisoft is a pretty safe bet.
E3 2014 is currently set to run from June 10 to June 12 but Ubisoft will actually have a special pre-E3 press event on June 9. What are you hoping to see in Ubisoft’s corner a year from now?
