343 Industries and Microsoft have announced a new bundle of DLC for Halo 4 titled the "Champions Bundle."
Halo 4 multiplayer fans can rejoice as developer 343 Industries has announced that a trio of new DLC packs which make up the “Champions Bundle” are due out next month.
On August 20 players will be able to purchase three different competitive multiplayer DLC packs for Halo 4 either individually or as a bundle. The “Bullseye” pack includes a new e-sports themed set of Spartan armor, two new maps, and a new game type called “Ricochet.” The “Steel Skin” pack allows players to deck their weapons out with new steampunk-themed skins, and the “Infinity Armor” pack grants access to new legendary armor sets.
The Bullseye pack will be available on its own for 480 MS points and the Steel Skin and Infinity Armor packs will clock in at 240 MS points apiece. The entire Champions Bundle can be had for 800 MS points.
Both Microsoft and 343 have confirmed through the announcement that the Champions Bundle will only be available for a limited time and the items contained within the bundle’s three different packs will only be obtainable through the bundle itself so interested fans and players are encouraged to act fast.
