After being forced to delay the release of the first DLC costume pack for Guacamelee, Drinkbox Studios has confirmed that the DLC is once again available.
Earlier this month, developer Drinkbox Studios was forced to recall the DLC costume pack for their highly-acclaimed PS3/Vita action brawler Guacamelee after a major game-halting bug was discovered within the patch that was included with the DLC. Fortunatly, it would seem all the kinks have been worked out since the costume pack is once again available to North American players.
The costume pack, which is available for $1.99, contains three different costumes, each offering a unique bonus. The Pollo Luchador is a chicken suit that restores the player’s health over time while the aptly named Skeleton Suit is a skeleton costume that grants unlimited stamina. Lastly, the Identity Swap outfit trades some throw damage for an increase in strike damage. The patch which is included with the DLC allows players to swap between the game’s two playable characters at checkpoints and a whole host of new costume-related trophies are included as well.
