TooManyGames' Indie Game Showcase Submissions Are Now Open

TooManyGames, in partnership with Philly-area indie game developer and publisher Retroware, is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 TooManyGames Indie Game Showcase.

Now entering its 16th year, the TooManyGames Indie Game Showcase is one of the longest-running indie events in game convention history, shining a spotlight on dozens of standout indie experiences from developers around the world.

This year’s showcase begins on June 23 with the Indie Game Showcase digital event on Steam. The online celebration of all things indie allows millions of players to go hands-on with demos from a curated selection of the most exciting upcoming titles created by the indie gaming community.

Last year’s digital showcase was a resounding success, generating nearly 2.5 million impressions on Steam during the weeklong event—a 162% increase over the previous year.

In addition to the Steam showcase, the Indie Game Showcase continues live and in person from June 26–28 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA, where indie developers can showcase their games to the event’s tens of thousands of attendees. Indie sensations Pizza Kidd, Fatal Run 2089, Pixel Noir, and Ashcroft were among the titles that wowed players last year.

Immediately following the Indie Game Showcase live stream, TooManyGames will host the TooManyGames Indie Game Awards on June 26, celebrating excellence across the indie gaming scene. The awards are hosted by Justin Silverman, Creative Director at Retroware, with category winners announced by a lineup of celebrated gaming personalities.

You can check out the livestream from last year as well as the award show if you're interested.
